Re: Case Management Conference

 

Parties are directed to attend a Case Management Conference with the Tribunal on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET, by videoconference.

 

In addition to the proposed timetable provided by the parties on July 10, 2025, counsel are asked to consult about an agenda and advise the Registry by email at least one day in advance about any item(s) they may wish to discuss. The Tribunal may also identify possible matters for discussion, by separate email from the Registry.
