Re: Extension of Deadline for Production

 

FURTHER TO an order issued by this Tribunal on August 11, 2025, partially granting a motion for additional production (the “Production Order”), including of Third-Party Records (as defined therein); email communication from both parties to the Tribunal Registry on August 15 and August 18, 2025; a letter from counsel to TELUS Corporation dated August 18, 2025, in respect of the Production Order; as well as discussions that took place during a Case Management Conference on August 18, 2025;

 

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:

 

  1. The deadline for the Commissioner to comply with paragraph 33 of the Production Order with respect toThird-Party Records is extended from August 18, 2025, to October 3, 2025.

  1. The Commissioner is to apply reasonable search terms to Third-Party Records, and to reasonably review the resulting documents for relevance and privilege before producing them.
