Good morning Sarah: The parties accept Justice Little’s o er to act as a mediator. Rogers has asked if we could move the mediation to November 27 th or 28 th with a strong preference for the 27 th . Those dates work for the Commissioner. Rogers has said that if Justice Little is not available on those dates we can revert to November 14 th .

Good afternoon, The Competition Tribunal wishes to advise parties that it can put Justice Andrew D. Little at your disposal to act as mediator in the upcoming mediation for CT-2024-012. Alternatively, should parties wish to designate their own mediator (at their own cost), please advise the Tribunal.
As a reminder, the mediation is scheduled to take place on November 14, 2025, with mediation briefs due November 7.
