Sarah: I write on behalf of both parties in the above-referenced matter. The parties jointly request an amendment to the Scheduling Order dated March 26, 2025, as previously amended on October 3, 2025. The amendment is sought to allow the parties to consider the Tribunal’s forthcoming decision on the Respondent’s refusals motion heard on November 7th pursuant to the amended Scheduling Order.
Specifically, the parties propose that the deadline for follow-up examinations for discovery arising from undertakings be extended from Friday, December 12, 2025, to Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
