Re: Case Management Conference

 

FURTHER TO the Notice of Motion filed by the Commissioner on December 23, 2025, seeking a direction for a Case Management Conference to be held prior to January 9, 2026, to discuss a number of issues in the above matter; and the email communication from Rogers dated December 24, 2025, advising of its intent to respond and oppose the Commissioner’s Motion, and informing the Tribunal of its availability for a Case Management Conference between January 6 and 8, 2026;

 

THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS AS FOLLOWS:

 

  1. Rogers is to provide its response by 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.

 

  1. A Case Management Conference will be held on January 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via the Zoom platform.

 

 

The Tribunal Registry will provide videoconference information separately.
