NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 103.1(5) OF THE COMPETITION ACT

[1] WHEREAS an application was filed on December 22, 2025, by Consumers Council of Canada, under subsection 103.1(1) of the Competition Act, RSC 1985, c C-34 for an order granting it leave to make an application under sections 77 and 79 of the Competition Act;

[2] AND WHEREAS pursuant to subsection 103.1(3) of the Competition Act, the Commissioner of Competition certified, in a letter filed December 30, 2025, that this matter is not currently the subject of an inquiry nor was it the subject of an inquiry that has been discontinued because of a settlement between the Commissioner and the person against whom an order is sought;

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

[3] The Competition Tribunal confirms that it can hear this application for leave.
