ORDER AMENDING THE SCHEDULING ORDER

[1] FURTHER TO the informal request by email dated February 3rd, 2026, from counsel to the Respondent, on behalf of both parties, to extend the deadline to exchange mediation briefs and to have them delivered to the Mediator via the Tribunal’s Registry from Friday, February 13, 2026 (as it appears in the Scheduling Order dated August 13, 2025), to Friday, February 20, 2026, to allow the parties to devote additional time to their briefs;

[2] AND CONSIDERING that this timing is acceptable to the Mediator;

[3] AND CONSIDERING that this informal request is on consent;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

[4] The deadline to exchange mediation briefs and to have them delivered to the Mediator via the Tribunal’s Registry is extended to Friday, February 20, 2026.
