ORDER

(Amendments to the Notice of Application)

[1] FURTHER TO the informal motion of the Commissioner of Competition by letter dated March 17, 2026, seeking leave to amend her Notice of Application to add Six Flags Entertainment Corporation as a respondent in the proceeding, following certain admissions made during discovery, in accordance with rule 104(1)(b) of the Federal Courts Rules, SOR/98-106;

[2] AND CONSIDERING that counsel to Canada’s Wonderland Company confirmed that they will also act for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and that they will accept service on its behalf;

[3] AND CONSIDERING that the parties confirmed that adding Six Flags Entertainment Corporation as a respondent in this matter shall have no impact on the remaining steps in the Scheduling Order dated August 13, 2025 (as amended by orders dated October 16, 2025, and February 4, 2026);

[4] AND BEING SATISFIED that it is in the interest of justice to grant this motion;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

[5] The informal motion of the Commissioner of Competition to amend her Notice of Application to add Six Flags Entertainment Corporation as a respondent in the proceeding is granted.

[6] The Commissioner shall serve and file her Amended Notice of Application by Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

[7] Canada’s Wonderland Company and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation may serve and file an amended response by Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

[8] The Commissioner may serve and file an amended reply by Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
